作品背后的故事:

“There is a strong connection between cooking and science. Making a cake is a lot like conducting an experiment: you need to follow procedure, you have to carefully measure amount of every ingredient, you have to be precise. I never managed to bake a proper cake, every time I messed up I told myself I'm not a scientist enough. But maybe I'm enough of a photographer to make a small series about precision, blueprints, geometry, donuts and cookies.”


创作思路参考

(1)在看似混沌的世界中探寻规律的美,致敬于不懈地探索这个世界,发现世界运行规律和定理的行为, 执着的探索精神;

(2)量化偶然使之成为了必然,巧合也能被设计;

(3)冒冒失失导致的结果依然可以一本正经的研究探讨,以一个对既定事实乐观的姿态解读,使原本的错误正当化;

(4)从自然流露到对自然状态的修饰。不要先用一些条条框框拘束自己,让自己戴着连枷跳舞。不要刻意的追求某种风格或某种画派。先自然的流露出自己的创意与想象,然后再来修饰它。 艺术的美感不是由严密的公式创作出来的,优秀的艺术自然遵循着某种规律。然而创作时若本末倒置,以规律拘束自己,其结果不一定会达到自己想要的效果。
